The EPOS 'Collection Sportive' has been extended with the arrival of the 3389, a model that is available in three versions, reflecting the characteristic design of the highly successful Chronograph 3388 launched in 2007.
This avant-garde watch epitomises not only pure power, luxury and good taste but also strength and durability. The self-winding ETA 2824 mechanical movement comes in three versions, the 3389sk being particularly fascinating with the skeleton movement visible from the front through the open dial.

Corum Rolls-Royce Grill Vintage Watch

In 1976 after much persuasion and a lot of factory visits (on both sides I'm sure), Corum finally convinced Rolls-Royce to provide them with a license to make a Rolls-Royce themed watch. The result was one of the best automotive styled watches ever. The problem with most car themed watches is that the watch often does not look anything like the car it is modeled after, or any car for that matter.

Chopard Ladies Diamond Quattro Tourbillon Watch

Shoving diamonds all over a tourbillon movement based watch can often have a "gaudy" result. It's hard to produce the ultra decadent and still have it appear tasteful. I believe that despite the almost half million dollar price of this Chopard Ladies Diamond Quattro Tourbillon watch, it still remains cleverly and attractively designed. The decadence comes with the 42mm wide 18k white or rose gold case fitted with about 450 diamonds (over 10 carats) in round, baguette, and pave cuts.

Hermes Clipper Mecanique Chronograph Watch

At first I was taken by Hermes' newest luxury watch with its conservative handsome looks and commendable use of the Hermes Clipper watch theme. Then I noticed the price for the new Clipper Mecanique Chronograph at well over $50,000 (about 44,000 Euros), and I began to wonder if this included a his and hers model, as well as a few for the kids. Aside from the fact that the watch is cased in 18k rose gold, and contains a fine mechanical movement, nothing justifies this high price.

Frock Horror #147: Wonky tutu

Due to that event called Christmas, I'm moved this feature up a couple of days so that none of us miss our weekly dose of ugh! Behold the wonky tutu. There's nothing particularly pleasing about a dress that resembles ruffly baby pants crossed with a Judy Jetson dress then finished off with heels with ballet ribbons. Slightly bonkers, highly entertaining.

Don't be surprised to see this watch on someone who asks, "what's your sign?" Girard Perregaux took the logical next step in women's annual calendar watches and added a zodiac indicator in the Cat's Eye Annual and Zodiac Calendar timepiece. NEW Rodolphe Instinct Basic Line

From the thousands of rough drawings made for the Instinct range, Rodolphe refined his ideas to their purest form to create a new model in the range. And so came into being the exceptional, refined and elegant form that characterizes the Instinct Basic line. It would be unfair however to consider the Instinct Basic line as simply a variation on the theme of the Instinct collection. It is quite a different product which generates a sense of purity, uniqueness and subtlety. Purity of line, desnity.

NEW Art Deco Style with a NY Spirit

New from Pierre Kunz; a timepiece in pure Art Deco style: the SR Belle Epoque. A classic timekeeper in grey gold, 5N red gold or platinum showing the hours, minutes and retrograde seconds at 6 o’clock. A geometrical silver-plated or black galvanic dial with fine-brushed sun decoration as the sole aesthetic artifice. The design is reminiscent of the Belle Epoque period. Hands, retrograde zone and structure of the numerals created in the architectural spirit of the famous New York Chrysler building.
