Nothing can be cosier than a sip on your favorite wine alongside a fireplace. It makes for an ambiance that just soothingly takes you to bed somewhat robotically. Such a privilege demands you to shell out $1700 and you would then possess the Bordeaux Fireplace. When I talked about the serene combination that puts you to rest.

Here’s a bed that makes sleeping as comfortable as you want it to be. Thanks to eight motors that trigger off some cool positions that can keep you both comfortable and in a healthy position. These positions can be controlled by an infrared remote. It has a spacious region below it for those who like to give those childhood ‘monsters’ a little bit more room.

The rich are born lucky and their lifestyle surely reinforces that belief in me. A very integral part of their elite lifestyle is their bathroom. If you wanna know how rich a man is, take a peek in his bathroom and save that jaw from dropping. 'The Cosmo', is another jaw-dropping, eye-popping bathtub that sports a 17″ remote controlled touch-sensitive LCD.

In the image of modern design with a pinch of minimalistic ingenuity comes Axolute's sink with HIS (horizontal integrated siphon) technology. Brilliant! Instead of trying to hide the clunky pipes underneath most wash basins the HIS neatly rids the sink of water through a slot on the front edge of the basin which routes the liquid back to the wall connection.

As a kid, I remember sketching and coloring an image out of a small sign (clue) on the otherwise blank page. Same is the case for founder of First Impressions Theme Theaters and designer Jeff Smith. When a client handed him a sample of animal print carpeting and asked him to put up an exclusively designed theater around it, Jeff got to work.

Ever wanted your own big hunk of an iceberg? Well, in this day and age Aviva makes that dream possible or almost possible. Admittedly, the iceberg is fake, but look at how much fun it looks! I mean if you live in California, this is pretty much as close to one as you are likely to get. It floats on water, so you can bring on the bikinis and babes.

If you thought Japan was all about gizmos and gadgets and a monotonous robotic lifestyle, think again. This ancient country has a tradition and culture that dates back to thousands of years. The best example of this ancient culture is exquisitely designed lacquered furniture, which is about 5,500 years old.

I spotted these when I was indulging in one of my favourite guilty pleasures: Martha Stewart Living magazine and thought they'd make perfect wedding table settings. Yes, it's a teeny little message-in-a-bottle. You'll find instructions on how to make them here.

Here's a lounge chair to die for. Look at its angular finish, it makes the chair look supe stylish. I love the texture of the weather resistant Raucord fibres which means that you can put this baby anywhere including out in the open. The chair might look bulky but it is very mobile with the two small wheels attached to it.

Decorating your house or room or anything with your very own DNA is a thought that has got me all excited. This idea will surely redefine the meaning of personalisation, taking it to whole new level. DNA 11 is a company that will transform a swab of your DNA into a contemporary-looking canvas with an artistic image of your DNA on it.
