You know who needs a good dress? Mariah Carey. Don't get us wrong -- we love her, and girlfriend manages to pull of some outfits that would crush lesser mortals. But at times we fantasize about putting her something that's more wow than whoa! If you want to be part of the solution, you can enter this contest to design a dress for Mariah to wear to launch her new perfume, Lucious Pink.
